Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan, who had been tested positive with Covid-19 in December 2020 and has now fully recovered, declared on Instagram that breathing exercises is a great help and he used to practice in that situation. In fact, Varun tagged the actress on Instagram and mentioned that these are the same exercises which helped him recover from coronavirus.

When the Student of the Year actor contracted the virus, he practiced the breathing exercises he came across on Malaika Arora’s Instagram.
So much so that even Varun Dhawan shares Malaika Arora’s breathing exercises on his Instagram and thanks the actress. He even tagged her later on in a post and said how much those exercises helped him recover from deadly coronavirus.
Sharing the video on his Insta story, Varun wrote, “These are the same breathing exercises I also used when I had covid very helpful”.
Varun shared a video on his social media where Malaika Arora is talking about some breathing exercises which had 3 breathing exercises from heryoga studio.
Varun had contracted coronavirus last year in December, when he was shooting for Jug Jugg Jeeyo in Chandigarh.

In fact, when Malaika Arora shared the video on her Instagram page, she wrote that she had practised these breathing exercises when she fought with Covid-19.
An excerpt from her note read, “The 3 breathing exercises that I did before, during, and post my COVID! Yoga has time and again proven to be an effective way to increase immunity and COVID recovery.”
Meanwhile, Varun wraps up shooting of Bhediya in Arunachal Pradesh.
He wrote a thank you note for the crew of Bhediya. “#bhediya Shooting a movie during the pandemic has been extremely challenging but working under the leadership of @amarkaushik has been one of the most exhilarating and satisfying experiences for me.
