Kolkata, Sept 23: In 2010, Srijit Mukherji, having left his high-paying job as an economist and statistician in Bengaluru, came to Bengal and directed his debut Bengali film, Autograph. The film starring Prosenjit Chatterjee in the lead had released on Durga Puja. Just like Anupam Roy’s never stopped composing since Amake Amar Moto Thakte Dao, Srijit, too, never looked back. 2010 was the year Bengali cinema got a taste of blend of artsy and commercial film in the form of Autograph. Srijit’s wife Rafiath Rashid Mithila made sure her husband gets what he wants on his 44th birthday — a lavish dinner. By now we know how much the National Award-winning director loves food and therefore Mithila ordered a lavish spread for her hubby dearest.
